Acacia
Wood A flat topped
tree, its flowers are yellow or white. The tree
is common in hot deserts. Its use is limited
by the small size of the timber, but nevertheless
very popular. Acacia wood is commonly used in
wooden furniture & musical instruments.
Pine
Wood It has uniform
texture, works easy and finishes well. It resists
shrinkage, swelling and warping. Extensively
used for furniture, molding and boxes. Also
used in house construction, paneling and trim.
Sheesham
Wood Very hard and
has a dark reddish brown color. It is fragrant,
heavy, narrowly interlocked grained and medium
textured. It is hard to work and takes high
polish. Widely used in high class furniture,
musical instruments and veneers.
Any
irregularities and differentiation of color are part of the
natural occurrence and should not be considered as defects.
